About us

Wildmoka is a fast-growing start-up operating a cloud video platform which has been deployed worldwide. Based in Sophia Antipolis, we also operate offices on four continents (Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC). We are using next-gen technologies like speech-to-text, video recognition, and machine learning which allow our customers to ensure that their offering is well-timed with fans’ rapidly increasing demand for a highly personalized digital experience.

In the end of 2017, we closed a Series A funding round of $8mln. led by Alven Capital and our current customers include France Televisions, CANAL+, FOX Networks, Orange, beIN Sports, MBC Group, Altice Group (BFM & SFR), TF1 etc.

Life at Wildmoka

We have flexible working hours, the possibility to do sports or other activities at lunch, and we rotate our croissant responsibilities every week. What will you do

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Your goal is to ensure prospective customers understand our product and make them love it. Here are the responsibilities you will have in this role:

  • Understand clients workflow and learn about their needs, provide the best solutions
  • Participate in both technical pre and post-sales phases
  • Build up a trust relationship with clients 
  • Create policies and procedures that optimise the customer experience
  • Provide technical and product support - we love our clients!
  • Pre-sales / Demos / Trainings / Documentation / Internal QA / Custom integrations orchestration 

What are we looking for

  • No specific experience required, this position is open to junior as well
  • Excellent communication skills (solid writer and strong speaker)
  • Familiar with technology and broadcasting workflow
  • You are a fan of digital and social media!
  • “Can-do” person, self-motivated and autonomous
  • English is a must - conversational, read/written
  • Based in Sophia - Antipolis (France- 06)
